How much food do we throw away? No idea? Only in Holland 1/3 of what is available. Samuel Levi wants to create awareness for this food waste. In pop up restaurants he and his top chefs create the most exciting and beautiful menus of food that was destined for the waste bin. Food that is not sexy enough to be sold in the store. Poor little goats that are not good for producing milk or new born roosters that we normally don’t eat. Waste is throwing away good food, because it does not meet the cosmetic requirements, or because the expiry dates are dealt with too strictly, or simply because we buy more than we can eat. Stop food waste!
