Damn Food Waste creates awareness for the food we throw away. In Holland only we throw away 1/3 of our food. Food that is still good. Why do we waste it? Because it doesn’t look sexy for the supermarket, or because it a bit older, or just because our eyes are bigger than our stomach! During the Dutch Design Week we serve you suburb dishes.
One idea at a time shows a collection of hero’s that change the world of food consumption. Chefs, designers, scientists, and ceo’s of remarkable new ideas.
